Installer Portal update is launching today
Over the past few months, many of our Trusted Installers have asked "What do we do if our customer cancels an installation once a deposit has been taken?"
Firstly, if it's within your Terms and Conditions, of course, you refund the deposit paid by your customer.
...and here’s where our new feature comes in!From today, you'll now also be able to cancel the deposit registration via our Installer Portal.
This keeps your information up-to-date for easy reference in the future, and it also helps us maintain the correct details which we are obligated by agreement to provide and share with our underwriters.
