Bohle has added a 90° clamp option to its Vetroscreen Covid cough and sneeze-guard

This innovation from Bohle is certainly a worthy addition to your portfolio of products and services and may just prove to be a best seller given the ongoing COVID situation.

Designed to allow commercial and office fit-out specialists to install a screen to the side, as well as front-facing positions, Vetroscreen 90°, uses the same innovative no-surface impact clamping system as the original 180°option.

Achieving a robust and highly stable fix without the requirement to drill into the substrate, the system delivers a highly flexible solution to commercial and hospitality sectors, which can be left in place as long as required and removed at a later date, without causing permanent damage.

“In the grip of another lockdown, the return to normality may feel a long way off - but the reality is that on the basis that vaccines work, a lot of companies are already planning for the return to the office”, explained Dave Broxton, Managing Director, Bohle.

“The biggest challenge is going to be making people believe that it’s safe to return to work. Partitioning and COVID-19 cough and sneeze screening systems, have an important part to play in making people feel safe in commercial and public spaces again - even after we have the green light to go back.”

Glass Panel

Available either as a 90° or 180°clamped or free-standing option, VetroScreen, is able to accommodate glass thicknesses of 4mm to 10mm and has been designed to be fitted in minutes, sliding over the edges of a desk or table and tightened. This creates a secure fix without drilling for screens typically up to 1000mm high dependent on risk assessment.

A weighted desktop version manufactured in high quality powder coated aluminium and steel, also provides a solid foundation for glass screens typically of up to 800mm high dependent on application.

Vetroscreen is available in white, black or grey options, providing a match to the interior design of pre-existing spaces.

“If you consider the applications that exist for this product - offices, schools, colleges, universities, restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels - the market potential is enormous”, Dave continued.

“It’s easy to install but the real benefit is that the clamping system allows you to achieve an incredibly secure fix without causing permanent damage and it looks good.”

“When this is all behind us, Vetroscreen can be removed, without leaving a trail of damage behind it. The savings for anyone in the facilities management sector for savings against replacement and repair where systems have been drilled is enormous.”
