Help and support for Installers during lockdown 2.0
During the current lockdown which remains in effect until 2nd December 2020, you are STILL ALLOWED to work in your customers’ homes, providing that you’ve read, understood and adhere to the current guidelines and precautions as set out by the Government.
However, we understand that some customers may be hesitant about allowing you into their home, in which case we suggest you try to reassure them that you’re taking all the necessary precautions, and will do so throughout the entire duration of your time in their property.
You must NOT open your premises to members of the public. However, as advised above, you can, under social distancing guidelines, carry out sales appointments and surveys in customers’ homes.

Even though we’ve been in this situation before earlier in the year and are all more aware of the restrictions in place, we understand that you may still need some advice along the way.
